Thomas Danninger is a co-founder of replient.ai, the Austrian AI community-management tool that answers comments, direct messages and reviews across eight platforms in a brand’s own voice. He built it together with his brother Markus.

The idea did not start on a whiteboard. Together with Markus, Thomas runs Doppel N Marketing, an agency that builds shops, campaigns and paid social for e-commerce brands. When those shops scaled sharply through the Covid years, manual comment management under live ads became the bottleneck – thousands of comments a week, and the same questions over and over. replient.ai is the answer to that specific problem.

Thomas studied Management & Law at MCI Innsbruck and holds a master’s in real estate management from FH Burgenland. He taught himself to code, first building websites and shops inside the agency, and today works on replient.ai’s product.

Alongside the software, Thomas and Markus make music as Zweikanalton, with number-one records on Austria’s Hitradio Ö3 and shows in front of large audiences. That perspective still shapes how he looks at community management: a comment section is a conversation with people, not a ticket queue.
