Building block 1: Trigger – keyword comment as the entry point

You post a reel or carousel about a product you recommend as an affiliate. In the caption you write: “Comment LINK and I'll send you the product link straight via DM.”

Labeling affiliate links: What you need to know

A brief note on GDPR and advertising disclosure obligations, because this topic is especially relevant for affiliate links:

• Advertising disclosure: In the caption and/or the Send Message text it should be clear that this is an affiliate link (e.g. label it “affiliate link” or “advertisement”). This is mandatory under German UWG (Act Against Unfair Competition) and the Interstate Media Treaty.
