AI post analysis: auto replies that watch your video first

Since October 15, 2026, AI post analysis in replient.ai watches your post before comments get a reply. It reads every image and carousel slide, watches and listens to videos up to 5 minutes, detects the language and sorts the post into your own categories. Reply suggestions and auto-replies use what it learned. It is part of the Business plan and costs 2 credits per analysed post.

The problem

Your caption says two words. Your video says everything.

People comment on what they see in a post: the jacket, the colour, the test halfway through the video. Until now, an AI reply only had the caption to go on, and "new drop ✨" answers none of that. Replies stayed friendly, but empty.

How replient.ai reads a post

01Automatic

It watches first, then replies.

When the first comment comes in on a post with images or video, replient.ai analyses that post once, by itself. There is nothing to click. Videos up to 5 minutes are watched in full, with sound.

  • Starts with the first new comment
  • Runs once per post, however many comments follow
02Images & carousels

Every image, slide by slide.

Photos and carousels count too. A carousel is read slide by slide, and for every image the AI writes down what it shows.

  • Images, videos and mixed carousels
  • "What the AI saw" for every slide
03Sound & transcript

It listens to every word.

Whatever is said in a video becomes a transcript. That is often where the product names, colours and answers are: the hiker in the video names the jacket out loud, the caption never does.

  • Full transcript with the video length
  • Copy it with one click
04Context

It works out what the post is about.

The AI writes a short summary in the post's own language, detects that language and picks categories from your own post tags. New brands start with ten defaults such as Product demo, Tutorial or Offer, and you can edit them.

  • Categories only from your post tags
  • Language detected automatically
05Transparency

See exactly what it understood.

Every analysed post now has an "AI post analysis" band under it. One click opens the summary, the categories, "What the AI saw" for each image and video, and the full transcript, right next to the post.

  • The video plays next to its transcript
  • In the post view, comment threads and the inbox
06The reply

The reply already knows.

Reply suggestions, auto-replies and comment automations get the analysis with every comment on that post. So "Is it actually waterproof?" gets the real answer instead of "Thanks so much!".

  • For reply suggestions and auto-replies
  • Also when incoming comments are tagged

For comparison: a comment fully answered by the AI costs 1 credit. 100 analysed posts use 200 of the 10,000 credits in the Business plan.

Example from the video

Ridgeline Outdoor, a fictional brand from the launch video, posts a 24-second hiking reel. Caption: "new drop ✨".

CommentWhat the analysis knows
What jacket is that? The hiker names it in the video: the Ridge Shell in Moss.
Is it actually waterproof?Halfway through, water is poured over the sleeve and beads off.
Which colour is that?Moss, said out loud in the video.

The reply: "It's our Ridge Shell in Moss, and yes, fully waterproof 🌧️". With the caption alone, the AI would have written "Thanks so much!".

A transcript to take with you

Every analysed video comes with its full transcript. Copy it with one click, for subtitles, a blog post or your notes.

Better comment tags

The same analysis is used when incoming comments are tagged and sorted, so the tags fit what the post is about.

Credits back on failure

If an analysis fails, for example because a video file is too large, the 2 credits come back automatically. If your balance is empty, the post is analysed with its next comment.

  3. 3

Frequently asked questions

AI post analysis looks at a social media post before replient.ai replies to comments on it. Reply suggestions and auto-replies use what it learned.

Yes, with post analysis switched on. replient.ai watches your Instagram video with sound and passes a description of every image and video to the reply suggestions and auto-replies on that post. When someone asks about the jacket in the video, the reply knows its name.

It is included in the Business plan (from €249 a month with 10,000 credits) and Enterprise, and costs 2 credits per analysed post. The automatic analysis runs once per post, however many comments follow. Posts without images or video cost nothing, and failed analyses are refunded.

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. TikTok videos are not analysed yet, and neither are Google reviews. There, AI replies keep working from the caption and what replient.ai knows about your brand.

Yes, as soon as a new comment arrives on them. The analysis does not run when you publish or for all posts at once. It runs with the next comment on a post that has no analysis yet.

The post analysis itself only looks at images, video and sound. Every reply suggestion gets your caption separately, as before. Together, the reply knows both what you wrote and what the post shows.

Every post you publish starts a conversation. "What jacket is that?" "Is it actually waterproof?" "Which colour is that?" And most of those questions are about something your caption never mentions. Your caption says two words. Your video says everything.

So replient.ai now watches your post before it replies. It looks at every image, slide by slide. It watches your videos and listens to every word. It works out what the post is about, which language it's in, and where it belongs.

And you can see exactly what it understood, right next to the post. So when someone asks what's in the video, the reply already knows. AI post analysis. Now on Business.
