Just ask: replient.ai now works in Claude and ChatGPT

Since October 28, 2026, replient.ai works inside Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and Gemini CLI through MCP. You ask in plain words, and the AI app sets up automations, tags and knowledge or drafts replies in your replient.ai account. Automations it creates are saved switched off. MCP works on every plan and its calls cost no credits. The new AI Assistant is built into replient.ai.

Where it works

Works where you already work.

Connect replient.ai once to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code or Gemini CLI. From then on, you ask about your comments, DMs and automations in the chat you already have open, and the work happens in your replient.ai account. No new tool to learn, no code.

What you can ask for

01Automations

Automations, set up in one message.

Tell Claude or ChatGPT what should happen, for example "On our ads, hide spam and competitor links automatically" or "Anyone who comments BOOK gets my link by DM". The AI app looks at your posts, tags and existing automations and saves the new automation in replient.ai. It stays switched off until you switch it on.

  • Comment automations and comment-to-DM flows
  • Only spam and competitor links get hidden, never complaints
02Tags

It finds the tag you're missing.

Ask "Which tags is KELDA missing?" and ChatGPT reads how your comments are tagged. In the launch film it spots competitor links that showed up 41 times without a tag and adds a Competitor tag. From then on, the AI sorts those comments correctly.

  • Reads samples of your tagged comments
  • Custom tags are part of the Pro plan
03Knowledge

Teach the AI with a file.

Attach your shipping and returns PDF and say "Add this to replient.ai's knowledge". It becomes a knowledge source for your brand, and reply suggestions use it from then on. A web page works the same way.

  • Documents and websites
  • Used by every future reply suggestion
04Daily work

Which comments are mine?

Ask Claude "Which comments on KELDA are assigned to me?" and your open comments appear as cards right in the chat, with Reply, Like, Hide and Done. In the launch film, Claude also points out the two questions you can answer right away and the complaint you should answer personally.

  • Comment cards right inside Claude
  • Only your open comments
05Replies

You approve. It sends.

Say "Yes, draft them" and replient.ai's reply suggestions appear in the cards. Edit one if you like and press Send: the reply is posted under the comment and shows up in replient.ai, marked "via MCP · Claude" in the activity log.

  • Reply suggestions use credits as usual
  • Every change shows "via MCP" and the app name
06Analytics

Your numbers as a chart.

"Chart our response time this month." Claude pulls your comment analytics from replient.ai and answers with a chart, so you get the numbers without clicking a report together.

  • Line, bar and donut charts or KPI tiles
  • Read access to analytics is enough
07Control

You decide what it may do.

When you connect, replient.ai asks what the app may read or change: Analytics, Comments, DMs, Automations and Settings, each with Read and Write. You also pick all brands or only selected ones. The app acts as you and can never do more than your role allows. Disconnect it any time in Settings → MCP & API.

  • Read or Write per area
  • All brands or only selected brands
08Built in

Or never leave replient.ai.

The new AI Assistant sits in the sidebar, marked New. Ask "Which open comments should we answer first?" and it ranks them by importance, drafts replies and sets up automations, tags and knowledge. Every change waits on a card with Approve and Decline. Nothing changes without your approval.

  • Replaces the AI Sidekick
  • 2 to 10 credits per message, by answer mode

What to ask

Prompts from the launch film and typical setup jobs. KELDA is a fictional brand.

You askWhat happens
"Which comments on KELDA are assigned to me?"Your open assigned comments, as cards in the chat
"Yes, draft them."Reply suggestions you edit, send or skip
"Which tags is KELDA missing?"A pattern without a tag is found and the tag is added
"Add this to replient.ai's knowledge." (with a PDF)A new knowledge source for reply suggestions

The same requests work in the AI Assistant inside replient.ai. There, every change waits for your approval.

Also good to know

Saved switched off

Automations that Claude or ChatGPT creates never start on their own. They land in replient.ai switched off, and you switch them on once you have read them.

Frequently asked questions

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI apps use other software. With the replient.ai MCP server, Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and Gemini CLI can read your comments, DMs and analytics and, if you allow it, reply, tag, add knowledge and set up automations right in your replient.ai account.

In replient.ai, open Settings → MCP & API, pick your app and follow the guide, which adds replient.ai as a custom connector. On the consent screen you choose Read or Write per area and which brands the app may see. It takes about a minute and needs no code.

MCP works on every replient.ai plan, and MCP calls cost no credits. AI features such as reply suggestions use credits as usual. The AI Assistant inside replient.ai costs 2 to 10 credits per message, depending on the answer mode (Fast 2, Standard 4, Thorough 10). Custom connectors need a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan.

Only within what you allowed on the consent screen, and never more than your role allows. Automations are saved switched off, and every change appears in replient.ai's activity log marked "via MCP" with the app's name. You can disconnect the app any time in Settings → MCP & API, and it loses access right away.

MCP brings replient.ai into the AI app you already use. The AI Assistant is built into replient.ai itself, in the sidebar. It ranks open comments by importance, drafts replies and sets up automations, tags and knowledge, and every change waits for your approval. It replaces the AI Sidekick.

No. Replies sent through MCP are not used to learn your brand voice. Replies you approve in the AI Assistant or send in the inbox are.

You decide on the consent screen: all brands, including ones you get access to later, or only selected brands. On brands you were invited to, the app can never do more than your team role allows.

The film has no voice-over. This is the text on screen and what happens in each scene.

Claude: "Good morning, Jonas." Jonas types: "Hey Claude, which comments on KELDA are assigned to me?" Claude checks the inbox in replient.ai (Get inbox summary, List comments) and answers: "You have 4 open comments assigned to you." The comments appear as cards. Claude: "Two are questions you can answer right away. The leaking lid is a complaint, so I'd answer that one personally. Want me to draft replies for the two questions?"

On screen: "Just ask." Jonas: "Yes, draft them." An AI suggestion appears on Lea's card: "Hi Lea! Yes, the 750 ml fits standard car cup holders. Happy road trip 🚗" He presses Send: "Reply sent." The reply lands under her comment in replient.ai, and the activity log shows "via MCP · Claude". On screen: "You approve. It sends."

In ChatGPT: "Which tags is KELDA missing?" ChatGPT: "Competitor links show up 41 times and have no tag. I added Competitor to KELDA's comment tags." In Claude, Jonas attaches shipping-and-returns.pdf: "Add this to replient.ai's knowledge." The document is active in replient.ai. Then: "Chart our response time this month." A response-time chart appears in the chat.

A new automation, "Ads: hide spam & competitor comments", lands in replient.ai with the label "Saved switched off". Jonas switches it on. On screen: "Comments. DMs. Automations. Analytics." Then "Works where you already work." with Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and Gemini CLI around the replient.ai icon. The consent screen: "Allow Claude to access your replient.ai account?" and "About a minute. No code."

On screen: "Or never leave replient.ai." In the AI Assistant: "Which open comments should we answer first?" It ranks the open comments and shows reply suggestions on each card. On screen: "Same replient.ai. Wherever you ask." End card: "replient.ai, now in Claude & ChatGPT. MCP & AI Assistant."
