Two-factor authentication: a second lock on your account

Since September 7, 2026, you can protect your replient.ai account with two-factor authentication (2FA). Every sign-in then also asks for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app, including when you sign in with Google or Facebook. You set up 2FA under Settings → Security, on every plan at no extra cost. Every teammate protects their own access the same way.

Until now

One password. All your channels behind it.

Your replient.ai login opens up your connected channels: comments, DMs, automations, and for agencies several client brands at once. Until now, a single password protected all of it. With two-factor authentication, a password alone is no longer enough to get in.

What's new

Authenticator app

A code only your phone knows.

Scan a QR code with your authenticator app and confirm with the first 6-digit code. From then on, replient.ai asks for the current code from the app at every sign-in. Someone who only knows your password gets no further.

  • Set up by QR code or a key you enter manually
  • Works with common authenticator apps
  • Turn it off anytime, in the same place
Every sign-in

Google and Facebook included.

The code isn't just for email and password. When you sign in with Google or Facebook, replient.ai asks for it all the same. And it's checked on every request, not only in the sign-in form: a session without the code can't reach anything.

  • Email and password, Google, Facebook
  • Checked on every request, not just at sign-in
For your team

Everyone protects their own access.

Every account has the Security tab in Settings, invited teammates included. So everyone who works on your channels secures their own login with their own phone.

  • For owners and invited teammates
  • On every plan, during the trial too

Also new

Strong passwords

Since September 28, new passwords need at least 12 characters with uppercase and lowercase letters, a number and a symbol. When you sign up, a meter shows live how strong your password is.

Security & privacy, documented

replient.ai is hosted in the EU, and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is included in every plan. Download the DPA and our Technical and Organizational Measures (TOM) as PDFs under Legal documents, and read more about our security on security.replient.ai.

Three steps to get going

    Open Security

Go to Settings → Security and click "Set up" next to Two-factor authentication.

  2. 2

    Connect your app

Scan the QR code with your authenticator app. Can't scan? Copy the key and enter it in the app instead.

  3. 3

    Confirm the code

Enter the 6-digit code from the app. Done: from your next sign-in on, replient.ai asks for it.

Frequently asked questions

Two-factor authentication secures a sign-in with two proofs instead of one: something you know (your password, or your Google or Facebook account) and something you have (your phone with an authenticator app). In replient.ai, that means you enter a 6-digit code from the app after the first step, and the code keeps changing.

Any common authenticator app that creates time-based 6-digit codes, for example Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password. Your account shows up in the app as replient.ai.

Yes. Once 2FA is on, replient.ai asks for the code at every sign-in, whether you use email and password, Google or Facebook.

Contact our support. Once we've confirmed it's you, we reset two-factor authentication and you set it up again on your new device.

Each person sets up 2FA for their own account, because the code is tied to their own phone. Just ask your team to click "Set up" under Settings → Security.
