Comments on partnership ads and collabs, in your inbox

Since August 18, 2026, replient.ai also manages the comments on partnership ads and collab posts that live on a creator's profile. You invite influencers by link, they connect their Instagram or Facebook account in one tap, and the comments land in your inbox. YouTube videos by other creators that your channel is part of are added by link.

The problem

"Can you send me the comments?"

With a partnership ad, your brand pays for the reach, but the post belongs to the creator. Its comments don't show up in your inbox, and only someone with access to the creator's account can hide them. Spam stays up, questions about your product stay open. Starting now, replient.ai brings those comments to you.

What's new

Invite

One link, one tap, connected.

Under "Learning" you create an invite link for your creator's Facebook page and/or Instagram account. They connect in one tap and don't need a replient.ai account. replient.ai checks that the connected account matches the invite, so nobody else can use the link.

  • Links expire after 7, 14 or 30 days
  • Facebook pages you already manage connect without an invite
  • The creator can revoke access anytime
Detection

Only your shared posts, never the rest of the profile.

From the creator's account, replient.ai only processes posts that belong to your brand: Instagram collabs with your brand as a collaborator, Facebook posts that tag your page as the sponsor, and Instagram posts your brand promotes as a partnership ad.

  • "Partnership Ad" and "Collab Post" badges in the inbox
  • "Partnership ads & collab posts" filter
  • Automations for partnership posts only
Moderate & reply

You moderate, the creator stays in control.

Hide or remove spam and hate on partnership posts. On Facebook, you reply as your brand's page. On Instagram, only the creator can reply: if they allow it when connecting, your replies go out in their name. replient.ai can't post, change the profile or touch anything else.

  • Facebook: replies from your brand's page
  • Instagram: replies in the creator's name, only with their permission
  • Likes come from your own account
YouTube

YouTube partnership videos by link.

YouTube doesn't expose collaborations through its API. So you add videos by other creators that your channel is part of by pasting their link. replient.ai pulls their comments into your inbox, and you reply just like on your own channel.

  • In your YouTube channel menu under "Learning"
  • Paste the link, check the video, add it
  • Remove videos anytime

Also new

Checked links in AI replies

If an AI reply suggestion for a comment contains a link the AI didn't take from your own content, replient.ai drops the suggestion and writes a new one.

TikTok moderation hint

When TikTok likely hides a reply, replient.ai shows "Likely blocked by TikTok", with the most common causes such as links or pointers to Instagram and WhatsApp.

"Cannot be displayed" condition

Automations can now react to comments replient.ai can't show, like Instagram GIFs, emoji-only YouTube comments or certain TikTok comments.

Three steps to get going

  1. 1

    Invite a creator

Open "Learning", go to "Influencer partners" and click "Invite influencer". Pick Facebook, Instagram or both, enter the page or handle and choose when the link expires.

  2. 2

    Send the link

Send the link to your creator. They connect in one tap and decide whether you may reply in their name on Instagram.

  3. 3

    Filter the comments

In Comments, filter by "Post type" → "Partnership ads & collab posts". YouTube videos are added under "Learning" via "Partnership videos" in your YouTube channel menu.

Frequently asked questions
