Their products are easy to use and valued for their powerful effectiveness.
With a growing presence on social media, Zauberfein sought to connect with its customers. However, challenges posed by spam, harmful comments, and unanswered inquiries prompted the brand to look for a more effective solution for managing its online presence.
methodology
Zauberfein partnered with Replient to conduct an A/B test and evaluate the impact of comment management on advertising performance. Two campaign sets were created: the test group (Campaign A) and the control group (Campaign B). Both campaigns were identical in terms of audience targeting, creative content, setup, and budget to ensure a fair comparison.
