Zauberfein is an Austrian brand of anti-mold spray, known for its effective cleaning products for combating mold in damp areas such as bathrooms and basements. The company has developed a special spray that penetrates deep into the pores and removes mold at its source without damaging surfaces like tiles or marble. Their products are easy to use and valued for their powerful effectiveness.
With a growing presence on social media, Zauberfein sought to connect with its customers. However, challenges posed by spam, harmful comments, and unanswered inquiries prompted the brand to look for a more effective solution for managing its online presence.
Zauberfein partnered with Replient to conduct an A/B test and evaluate the impact of comment management on advertising performance. Two campaign sets were created: the test group (Campaign A) and the control group (Campaign B). Both campaigns were identical in terms of target audience, creative content, setup, and budget to ensure a fair comparison.
The test group used Replient's fully managed comment management solution, which included hiding spam and harmful content, as well as responding to customer inquiries and feedback. In contrast, in the control group (Campaign B), comments remained unattended, without any moderation or responses.
